Do you offer local pick up?

We do offer local pick up, I don’t have a physical store to shop at, but do provide the option for customers who live near by and would like to pick up their order. Local pick up orders will receive an email when order is ready so we can make arrangements for pick up. I am located in Weslaco TX.

How long is shipping?

Normal processing time is 1 to 3 business days not including weekends. I sometimes do ship same day as well when possible.

Do you offer Return or Exchanges?

We do not offer return or exchanges, but if you have any issues please send us an email to Simplyglttericios@yahoo.com and we will try to assist the best we can.

What is Route Shipping Protection?

Route insurance is recommended for customers with first class shipping. Route is a shipping insurance company that will protect packages that are stolen, lost or damaged in transit. To file a claim visit Claims.route.com.

Do you sell glitters by weight or volume?

All glitter is sold by weight.
